Today we’re going to talk about all things COOL!
What is it? What’s the history of the issue?  What legislation has been discussed, passed, signed into law?  What states have been involved in the issue?  What government agencies, if any, are involved with COOL?  Has South Dakota had legislation regarding COOL?  If so – what, when etc.  Finally – what is your opinion of COOL?  How does the legislation impact the parties involved: Producers, government agencies, consumers, marketers, exporters, etc.
